A Texas healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim HR Director!

The Interim HR Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations pertaining to employee relations/human resources throughout the facility. The Interim Director will oversee approximately 20+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing initiatives including the development and execution of employee relation strategies, engagement, retention, and compliance. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, compensation administration, performance management, change management, and supports onboarding & offboarding.

Facilitate HR record-keeping, key inventory and audits, workers compensation claims, compliance data, and will communicate HR policies throughout the organization in an efficient manner. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of seven years of relative experience is required.

Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
