Truck Driver Nation is recruiting a Commercial Driver Recruiting Liaison to help professional CDL drivers navigate the communication and application steps associated with available carrier opportunities.

Different motor carriers may use different hiring processes. This role helps maintain clear communication so candidates understand what is expected and recruiting activity remains organized.

The Recruiting Liaison may work with candidates who have already completed initial qualification and are ready to explore an available driving opportunity.

Responsibilities may include:

• Communicate available next steps to qualified CDL candidates
• Confirm which application process applies to a particular opportunity
• Help coordinate candidate and carrier communication
• Track application submission status
• Follow up regarding outstanding information
• Record candidate and recruiting activity
• Assist with interview or orientation coordination
• Keep recruiting team members informed of candidate progress

• Strong professional communication
• Excellent organization
• Ability to explain processes clearly
• Comfortable managing multiple active candidates
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with transportation or driver recruiting is preferred
• Experience in recruiting, logistics, staffing, or customer service is useful
