This executive will set the company’s HR strategy, develop and lead the Human Resources and Payroll teams, strengthen HR’s partnership with operations, and build the programs, systems, and practices needed to support a high‑performing, compliant workforce.

The Vice President of Human Resources will oversee employment compliance, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, HR systems, policies, training, succession planning, and leadership development.

This is a highly visible role for a leader who can move comfortably from the executive table to the front line while partnering closely with ownership, operating leaders, Legal, Finance, and the broader executive team.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

  • Oversee investigations, performance management, accommodations, leaves, and separations with sound judgment and thorough documentation.
  • Oversee recruiting for corporate positions and build programs that strengthen employee engagement and retention.
  • Complete the Dayforce implementation and use HR and payroll data to give leadership clear visibility into headcount, turnover, cost of labor, payroll accuracy, and other critical workforce metrics.
  • Maintain compliant handbooks and policies across multiple states and ensure managers understand how to apply them.
  • Partner with ownership and the executive team on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
