Recruiter Pay Rate: $32 to $34 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMWork Arrangement: 100% onsite

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hourly hiring at a manufacturing facility. This individual will manage day-to-day recruiting activities while partnering closely with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
A primary focus of this role will be planning and executing onsite hiring events, coordinating candidate flow, resolving candidate issues, and creating a positive and well-organized candidate experience. The Recruiter will also monitor recruiting activity, identify process barriers, and report on pipeline movement, offers, clearances, and expected start dates.
- Plan and execute onsite hiring events supporting high-volume hourly hiring needs.
- Partner with HR, hiring managers, and recruiting teams to determine hiring priorities, interview capacity, event schedules, and staffing requirements.
- Develop hiring-event plans covering candidate volume, interview schedules, interviewer assignments, candidate flow, and onsite logistics.
- Coordinate with sourcing and recruiting partners to maintain sufficient candidate pipelines.
- Monitor candidate registrations, confirmations, and expected attendance.
- Serve as the primary onsite recruiting contact during hiring events.
- Manage candidate check-in, interview flow, interviewer availability, and onsite movement.
- Resolve scheduling, candidate-volume, interviewer-capacity, and process issues in real time.
- Track event results, including attendance, completed interviews, selections, offers, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Assist candidates with application status, interview scheduling, offers, documentation, pre-employment requirements, orientation, and Day 1 questions.
- Identify candidates who are stalled or experiencing challenges and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Escalate background screening, accommodation, policy, or other specialized matters when appropriate.
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience during interviews and hiring events.
- Clearly communicate position details, schedules, shifts, hiring steps, and next steps to candidates.
- Maintain timely and professional candidate communication throughout the process.
- Follow up with candidates after hiring events to maintain engagement through offer, pre-employment, and start.
- Review open requisitions, candidate pipelines, scheduled interviews, and upcoming hiring events.
- Screen candidates against established job qualifications as needed.
- Coordinate interviews, selections, hiring-manager feedback, and offer requests.
- Monitor selected candidates through their expected start dates and follow up with candidates who may be at risk of withdrawing.
- Work with recruiting coordinators to support offers, pre-employment activities, and orientation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate recruiting systems, trackers, dashboards, and daily activity reports.
- Report on scheduled candidates, confirmations, attendance, interviews, selections, offers, pre-employment activity, clearances, orientation schedules, expected starts, and Day 1 arrivals.
- Identify gaps between hiring targets and actual results and recommend immediate actions to improve outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and site HR regarding hiring needs, pipeline activity, and operational concerns.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, high-volume hiring, or a related area.
- Experience coordinating multiple candidates, interviews, or hiring activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, customer-service, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain accurate recruiting data and provide routine activity reporting.
- Ability to work onsite at an assigned manufacturing facility.
- Ability to periodically adjust working hours to support shifts, hiring events, interviews, or orientation.
