No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to join a department of HR to:

• Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs

• Assist management in the decision‑making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.

• Active participation in recruiting and selection processes

• Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Assuring an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required

• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience

• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship:
  June 1‑August 6, 2027

• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees

• Exchange information clearly and concisely to present ideas, report facts, and other information

• Work conscientiously both autonomously and within a team environment
