Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

D&M Leasing is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong presence in our dealerships and corporate locations. We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. If you're a people person, have a passion for finding the right talent, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time in-office position. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.

• Recruitment:
  Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruiting for our dealerships and corporate locations
• Sourcing:
  Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, contributing to our candidate pipeline
• Candidate Engagement:
  Create a welcoming and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Administrative Support:
  Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

  Work closely with our talented HR team and actively foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

• Minimum of 3 Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location or multi-department environment
• Proven ability to independently manage 5+ active job openings at one time, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support
• Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
• A warm, engaging personality that provides a positive candidate experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Able to reliably commute to the Fort Worth or Dallas offices and to Career Fairs
