Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will be in support of our Engineering & Technology Talent Acquisition team, who is experiencing a hiring surge across our business. Expectations may include sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions, mining talent from our ATS, managing referrals, contacting candidates, partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process, supporting hiring events and/or managing a req load with full lifecycle recruiting support.
This is a high volume, fast paced environment and will require attention to detail, ability to work independently, think creatively, problem solve and follow process. To be successful you must have a demonstrated track record in recruiting, sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
Utilizes ATS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software tools/solutions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAccredited Bachelor's Degree or Accredited Master's Degree.
WORK HOURS4/10-1st Shift, Full-Time.
