Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month temporary assignment. You will coordinate recruitment cycles, post jobs, screen resumes, conduct reference checks, prepare offers and support onboarding and orientation activities.
You will also assist with HR projects, maintain staffing documentation, and provide reports on TA metrics to leadership. Prior Workday ATS experience is advantageous; strong organization and communication are
