Job Description

As an IT Recruiter/Bench sales Recruiter at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and selecting exceptional candidates for various IT positions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive searches to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidates.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
• A passion for identifying and nurturing talent.
