Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery;
Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking within the international market;
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights;
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding;
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives.

Требования: 4+ Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
Sourcing skills and familiarity with Linked In Recruiter or similar platforms;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Proficiency in English and Russian;
Experience in executive search;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Result-oriented approach with a focus on candidate and stakeholder satisfaction;
Nice to have: experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry.
