Senior Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will serve as a key partner to leaders and employees across the corporate office while also supporting a growing population of employees in Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees on a wide range of people-related matters.

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace concerns
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage recruiting activities, including ATS administration, interviewing, and onboarding support
• Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation requirements, and HR policies
• Support HR operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Provide HR support for U.S. employees and assist with Canadian HR matters

• Experience supporting employees in Canada (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Experience creating and implementing HR policies and processes
• Recruiting and ATS management experience
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA, compliance, and HR operations

• Manufacturing industry experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
