Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Tarrant County College seeks a Coordinator, Employee Relations to support employer relations management, triaging complaints, documenting cases, coordinating background checks, and preparing reports. You will work with departments to ensure policy compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.
Working hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. This role is not remote and requires strong communication and confidentiality.
