Job SummaryThe Manager, Neeley Digital Communications for the TCU Neeley School of Business will help shape and grow the online presence of the Neeley brand, building on the consistent narrative across a variety of mediums. The manager will develop and drive a multifaceted and comprehensive content strategy, and implement key digital communication content and activations.
Duties & Essential Job Functions- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital content creation, social media management, and content strategy.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital content creation and management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut), and social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of SEO, content management systems (e.g., Kentico), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze digital performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing real-time changes effectively.
The role is primarily indoors, sedentary, on-campus, with some travel. It requires visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs.
