We are seeking a skilled SME Analyst (Supply Chain) to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This 5‑month contract position includes the potential for conversion. The role involves identifying supply‑chain inefficiencies, performing root‑cause analysis, and creating solutions to improve processes, reporting, and tools.
Responsibilities- Identify supply chain inefficiencies and perform root‑cause analysis to create solutions, including process improvements, reporting, and tools.
- Develop models and present findings using data visualization software to enhance operational performance around aircraft spare parts within the operating budget.
- Design, create, and monitor results from implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with departments such as Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop presentations and present findings with recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Create data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis.
- Assist and support team members and Business Analysts with complex queries, methods, and recommendations.
- Manage backlogs using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Work with users to explain solutions and optimize user experience.
- Analyze large datasets and make recommendations based on findings.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of job‑related experience.
- Preferred experience in airline operations, supply chain, or analytics.
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL and basic experience with data processing/manipulation languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Data Lake.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.

Pay Range & BenefitsPay Range: $37.00 – $40.00
Compensation will be determined by scope, complexity, and location, as well as skills, education, and experience.
