SME Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role drives meaningful improvements across the Supply Chain by uncovering inefficiencies, performing deep root‑cause analysis, and transforming insights into actionable solutions. You will turn complex data into clear strategies, influencing both leadership and frontline planners to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver data‑driven recommendations that directly impact aircraft spare‑parts availability and operational success.

• Build and deliver data‑driven models and visualizations that improve aircraft spare‑parts performance while staying within budget
• Design, implement, and monitor solutions, measuring impact and continuously refining outcomes
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores to understand end‑to‑end business processes and uncover improvement opportunities
• Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling presentations for Sr. leadership and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data tables, pipelines, and analytical datasets to support applications and advanced analysis
• Support Business Analysts and team members by assisting with complex queries, methodologies, and recommendations
• Manage and prioritize work using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
• Partner with end users to explain solutions, improve adoption, and optimize the user experience
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering clear, actionable recommendations

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving
• Proficiency in SQL and foundational experience with data processing and manipulation tools
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Intermediate

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
