Description:

** We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
** Associate Technician
** to support day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced computer lab environment. In this role, you will assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software while helping ensure the lab operates efficiently and effectively.

This role offers ongoing opportunities to grow your technical skill set through training sessions and workshops. It’s an excellent fit for someone who is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and excited to contribute to both technical and operational aspects of lab support.
* Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
* Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.
* Help with the installation and updating of software applications.
* Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.
* Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills
* Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab
* Unbox and scan returned equipment
* Perform OEM diagnostics for returned devices
* Repair and clean used hardware
* Box and tape completed equipment
* Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
