** Manager, Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect
** you will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of our digital operational discipline. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operational execution. You will be a key thought partner in shaping and scaling our digital ecosystem and the internal processes that underpin, ensuring they are optimized for performance, agility, and future growth.
** In this role, a typical day will include:
*** Architect and drive platform scalability strategies and solutions that are aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
* Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to elevate platform capabilities, integrations, and reliability to support rapid scaling and best-in-class operational discipline
* Synthesize complex technical and business processes, and their dependencies, into actionable, data driven insights to inform strategic planning
* Identify and implement optimization opportunities across platforms, processes, and performance metrics.
* Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
* Track and report on progress against digital strategy KPIs and platform performance benchmarks.
* Inspire and engage high-performing teams through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic alignment.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on platform evolution, scalability, and innovation.

* The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
* 5 Years of Relevant Experience
* 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
