About the Opportunity
Symbiotic Services is partnering with a growing digital marketing agency to identify a Paid Media Manager for an in-office role in Dallas. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, supporting multiple client accounts while collaborating closely with internal account management and creative teams.
This role is well-suited for a performance-driven paid media professional who enjoys owning day-to-day campaign execution while continuing to grow strategically within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns aligned with business objectives such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and ROAS
- Manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta, with exposure to Linked In Ads and programmatic platforms
- Build and refine audience targeting, keyword strategies, and account structures
Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement ongoing optimizations
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Independently troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or performance issues
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Support client-facing conversations by explaining results and answering questions
- Ensure paid media efforts align with broader marketing and creative strategies
- Work cross-functionally with account management and creative teams
- Stay current on paid media platform updates and best practices
- Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, testing frameworks, and performance outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on paid media management experience (agency experience preferred)
- Experience with Google, Meta, Linked In, and programmatic platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
