What You Will Be Doing:
The selected individual will serve as an Agile team scrum master, supporting the Aeronautics Model Based Sustainment team. The Scrum Master will:

• Lead the team on agile best practices / hold the team accountable for good Agile practices within the 1

LMX framework

• Maintain and organize the backlog

• Collect and monitor team metrics and progress to ensure the team is executing successfully

• Remove barriers for the team

• Facilitate collaboration through daily standups, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in the ART

• Track risks and dependencies

• Maintain Jira dashboards, structures, and boards to facilitate execution and planning

• Ensure team ownership of stories and milestones in Jira in support of sprint and increment metrics

Basic Qualifications:

• Scrum Master/Agile experience

• Intermediate Jira skills

• Ability to manage scrum efforts across multiple teams

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Demonstrated experience planning, estimating, and tracking team throughput and performance
Desired

Skills:

• Advanced Jira Automation and Structure skills, creating and managing Structures, and configuring/updating team boards

• Experience with Agile Hive

• Familiarity with EVM and PM practices

• Experience with Agile Best Practices and SAFe Framework

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience managing and communicating scope change/growth
Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
