Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst

Job Overview

You will be the Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst for the F-35 Business Operations team, responsible for building and sustaining line-of-business performance dashboards that transform raw data into actionable insight.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of use for stakeholders.
• Aggregate and analyze data from project-management tools, financial systems, and operational databases to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, establish data-collection processes, and deliver clear reporting solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in concise visualizations and executive briefings.
• Provide training and ongoing support to LoBE members on dashboard functionality and data-tool best practices.

• STEM-related bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Program or Project Management experience.
• Earned Value Experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Interest in learning about program management processes and a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives beyond traditional data analytics responsibilities.

• Security clearance:
  This position requires a government security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance to start. The facility requires special access.
