• Customer Implementation & Integration:
  Lead end-to‑end technical implementations of AI tools (SaaS and on‑premise); design custom integrations with APIs, databases, and workflows; troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Technical Sales & Pre‑Sales:
  Partner with sales teams on product demonstrations; respond to RFPs and compliance inquiries; serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts.
• Customer Success & Training:
  Train customer teams on product capabilities; create technical documentation, integration guides, and API docs.

  Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps; share technical insights with Engineering teams.

• Minimum 3 years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting with direct enterprise customer experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Type Script, React, and Python.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and Graph
  
  QL.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and major platforms (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT); familiarity with enterprise security and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences; strong problem‑solving abilities.

• Previous experience as a Field Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer in AI/SaaS.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients.
• Background in healthcare technology (HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and Azure OpenAI Service.
