IT Advisor – Intelex & HSE Application Enablement

Serve as the organization’s senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor for Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality (HESS/Q) digital platforms, with primary accountability for the Intelex ecosystem.

• Serve as the functional and technical owner of the Intelex platform, providing end‑to‑end technical design of the modules, configuration, and lifecycle management across modules such as Incident Management, Audits, Quality, Training, and Document Control.
• Architect and optimize workflows, forms, dashboards, reporting, security roles, and data structures to support evolving regulatory and business requirements.
• Establish platform governance standards, best practices, and documentation to ensure system integrity, scalability, and audit readiness.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and manage vendor escalations with Intelex to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of complex issues.
• Design and support integration between Intelex and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, data warehouses), leveraging Intelex’s flexible integration framework and enterprise data standards.
• Act as the primary point of escalation and advisory support for HSE application users, delivering expert guidance on system functionality, analytics, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain advanced user documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to drive adoption, consistency, and self‑service capability.
• Provide consultative support to leadership by enabling insights through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting aligned with enterprise risk and performance objectives.
• Lead and support system implementations, module deployments, upgrades, and major enhancements, including planning, testing (UAT), and rollout execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on change management, communications, and adoption strategies to ensure successful enterprise deployment.
• Contribute to long‑term HSE digital strategy and roadmap development, aligning system capabilities with business priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support enterprise‑wide collaboration and strategic planning efforts, enabling data transparency and standardized processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Intelex experience; experience with EHSQ/HESS digital platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL & PL/SQL, and JSON.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical users.
