" Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
" Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc

" Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility

Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
" Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
" 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
" Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
" Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
" Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
"
Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
" Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
" Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
" Participation in scaled agile frameworks
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
" Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS
" Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
