You will be the Line of Business Engineering Data Analyst for the F-35 Business Operations team which is responsible for building and sustaining the Line of Business performance dashboards that transforms raw data into actionable insight. What You Will Be Doing As the F-35 LoBE Data Analyst - Level 4 you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the enterprise-wide performance dashboards while empowering the Engineering teams to make data-driven decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of use for stakeholders.
* Aggregate and analyze data from project-management tools, financial systems, and operational databases to generate actionable insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, establish data-collection processes, and deliver clear reporting solutions.
* Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in concise visualizations and executive briefings.
* Provide training and ongoing support to LoBE members on dashboard functionality and data-tool best practices. Basic Qualifications:

• STEM Related Bachelor's degree or higher
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects
• Active Secret Clearance Desired

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Program or Project Management Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
