Siemens Fort Worth facility is hiring and growing a brand-new facility that will produce high-quality, engineered and make-to-order switchboard. You will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment that increasingly relies on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation.

We are seeking a Sr. SAP Data Analyst to support manufacturing operations with a focus on production and fabrication processes. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, and operational visibility within SAP, enabling reliable execution across engineering, production, planning, and warehouse functions.

This individual will work cross-functionally to identify data gaps, improve process discipline, and drive consistent SAP usage aligned with plant standards.

You will make an impact by:

  • Maintaining and updating plant-level material master data while coordinating corrective actions by production/planning, support functions, and other plants regarding their respective master data components.
  • Owning and managing SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules; familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
  • Experience with the manufacturing value-chain, including fabrication, and the ability to relate these concepts to virtual processes within SAP.
  • Understanding and making changes to networking, configuration/use of peripherals, and basic computer hardware.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing, and solving master data deficiencies that have operational impacts; able to articulate the impact to process owners and drive changes to reduce future deficiencies.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; background in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering. Vocationally trained and experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of specific processes and systems could substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Similarly, 2 years of professional experience with basic knowledge in a technical field could substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience using one or more of the following SAP WM, MM, PP modules with a medium to high understanding of Material Master Tabs; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Direct experience with IT topics such as networking, configuration/use of peripherals, and basic computer hardware.
  • Experience assisting in the development of enhancements/automation of ERP tools for SCM functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
