About the Role

Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst with 340B data experience and expertise in SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

• Produce and transmit recurring reports for clients, including 340B third party administrators.
• Partner with Business Development, Implementation, and Development for data reporting creation and modification.
• Support execution of core analytics and develop new analytics, reporting, and visualization to answer emerging questions.
• Provide reconciliation of any data issues that arise out of gaps in quality checks.
• Write queries for internal ad-hoc data requests.
• Leverage new and emerging technologies – including AI – to automate data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance tasks, working to improve efficiency, accuracy, and value for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with data production for presentations to clients and prospective clients.
• Understand the landscape of available data/sources.
• Ensure data alignment with internal systems.
• Take lead roles in large, complex, or cross-functional projects, managing the Market and Business Intelligence team’s role in concert with other stakeholders, internal and external.
• Collaborate with, develop, and train less skilled or experienced teammates on technical or operational issues, to enable them to deliver quality work on time.
• Engage with clients on highly complex or escalated requests.
• Develop and write documentation for departmental processes.
• Drive innovation by searching for and evaluating new tools, processes, and ways of thinking about data.
• Translate business questions using an analytics framework, determining the appropriate analytics plan and providing recommendations from analysis.
• Understand the logic behind standard reporting with the ability to recreate, modify, and implement new reporting as required.
• Partner with internal team members to deliver on projects as needed.

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

4‑year degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Analytics or Health Care related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Efficient with SQL query tool, thorough understanding of SQL methods to query various size data sets.
• Fluency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SSRS.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 340B data experience or understanding preferred.
• SQL and Power BI knowledge required.
• Python or similar scripting exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in and experience with AI, machine learning, or automation tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Python AI libraries) is strongly preferred.

• Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI solutions to solve business problems and improve workflows.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing projects.
• Highly collaborative individual capable of navigating a matrixed environment.
• Proactively and independently learn and utilize new technology, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements. Maintains current knowledge of industry technology trends.
• Experience working in a virtual team‑based environment.

Base pay: $68,800 - $114,600.
