We are looking for a Tech Lead Development Manager to serve as the regional delivery anchor for a follow-the-sun engineering program, leading a cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning. You will facilitate clean shift hand-offs with peer leads across timezones, own regional technical escalations, perform secure code reviews, and drive continuous delivery velocity across a 24-hour cycle in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

The role requires extensive engineering leadership experience combined with deep expertise in Dev Sec Ops , cloud security, and modern software architecture.

• Lead a localized, cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists, ensuring continuous feature momentum across a 24-hour development cycle;
• Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer managers in other timezones to maintain around-the-clock delivery velocity;
• Oversee the technical delivery of core work streams, including Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning;
• Act as the primary escalation point for regional technical challenges;
• Perform secure code reviews and guide infrastructure architecture decisions;
• Drive engineering excellence, system integrity, and platform security across multiple initiatives;
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security, and product teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

• 8+ years of software engineering and architecture experience
  ;
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role
  ;
• Deep expertise in Python and Java
  ;
• Strong experience with modern Dev Sec Ops ,
  Cloud Security
  , and CI/CD ecosystems;
• Proven commercial experience managing distributed or follow-the-sun engineering teams;
• Experience operating in highly regulated enterprise environments such as Finance, Healthcare, or Defense;
• Complete technical ownership of system integrity, performance, and security;
• Ability to provide technical direction, mentorship, and architectural guidance across engineering teams;
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;

• Prior experience building or implementing AI-assisted developer workflows;
• Experience working with intelligent agents, LLM-powered engineering tools, or AI-driven development platforms.
