Senior Engineer, Product Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a 6–8+ years Senior Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and help shape the next generation of digital products, platforms, and customer experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines strong technical depth with product-minded thinking, excellent collaboration skills, and a highly curious, AI-native approach to software development. The Senior Engineer will work closely with Product, Design, Architecture, QA, Dev Ops, and Editorial stakeholders to translate high-level business vision into scalable technical solutions.

The right candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, identifying MVP paths, and delivering elegant, practical solutions to complex problems.

• Design, build, and maintain modern digital products using React, Next.js, JavaScript/Type Script, JSON, Python, APIs, middleware, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Product to convert business goals into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Contribute to Agile delivery practices and iterative development.
• Work within enterprise platforms such as Arc XP.
• Lead technical problem-solving across work streams.
• Use AI-native development practices and orchestrate agentic workflows.
• Design and deliver customer-facing AI solutions.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders and mentor engineers.

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital engineering.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, APIs, Python, CI/CD.
• Experience with Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Arc XP preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
