Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Flexible)

Seeking a hands‑on Digital & IT Lead to manage IT projects, support ERP and business applications, and lead a cross‑functional team in a manufacturing environment

• sServe as ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) and translate business needs into technical solutions
• .Prioritize and manage IT project portfolios and resource allocation
• .Lead and execute digital/IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and user support
• .Manage, mentor, and develop business analysts and technical specialists
• .Build stakeholder relationships and drive organizational alignment
• .Identify process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies

• sBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• .7+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years of team leadership
• .Strong ERP and enterprise application experience (ERP, CRM, SCM, BI)
• .Experience leading IT projects in manufacturing or industrial environments
• .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• sPower BI and SQL proficiency
• .SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics experience
• .MES, SCADA, or IIoT knowledge
• .PMP, CSM, Lean, or Kaizen certifications
• .Change management and vendor management experience
