Tech team lead for Salesforce platform applications and lead Salesforce implementation for delivery. Lead the migration of legacy applications to Salesforce and manage build, run, and maintenance activities of the Salesforce platform.

• Lead the build of Originations product area(s) incorporating the design & transformation of existing applications landscapes (50%)
• Help establish & manage the IT Integration team for the specific Business area(s) (10%)
• Information Security & Data Protection, risk management & compliance ensure adherence to IT security concepts based on corporate IT standards (10%)
• Manage timely issue solving and negotiate SLAs & contracts with internal and external partners (10%)
• Insure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce integration platform with consideration of cost efficiency and cost transparency; plan, control, monitor the IT operation and escalation management; ensure compliant IT operations and adequate application and infrastructure portfolio based on Mercedes‑Benz standards (20%)

Competitive salary plus an annual bonus based on company performance and/or personal yearly performance.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

• Information Technology
• Salesforce

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's is preferred.

• Multiple Salesforce, Mulesoft certifications such as Architecture, Dev, etc.
• 2 years’ experience in leading Salesforce development teams, design/architecture/scrum teams.
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce tech delivery including hands‑on configuration and coding.
• Experience in large Salesforce implementation projects a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience in a multicultural team in a financial services or automotive environment.
• Financial services domain knowledge is a plus.

• Middleware skills
• Testing skills
• Deep Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing) and related integration tools, data knowledge.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial service system design and implementation.
• Broad knowledge of business processes in financial services related to operations.
• Experience with analytics, Dev Ops, and team management.
• Experience with IT management and Agile in intercultural organizations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
