About the OpportunityWe are seeking someone with experience providing top notch customer service troubleshooting computer issues, and offering technical support. This role will be handling infrastructure support (touch labor support for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

- Performs identified Move/Add/Change activity to include all required network modifications.
- Include moving/adding connection in network closet and terminating port connections at the end location (conference room, desk, office, etc.).
- Include necessary changes within the switch to accommodate port activation.
- Assist with network design
- Support other network personnel as needed with the installation/modification of network infrastructure and components
- Basic network monitoring.
- Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment.
- Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment.
- Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop
- Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
- Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops)
- Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission
- Analyzes existing networks and then designs and creates customized networks and computer systems to meet business needs and ensure smooth proper running
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network connectivity assessment (troubleshooting and setups).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring network switches, port optimization, and break/fix operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support in an in-person setting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications and networking.
- Cisco CCNA Certification
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
