Senior Supply Chain, Solutions Architect

Location: 1501 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Ste 140, Dallas, TX 75234 (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may telecommute)

• Lead process and business requirements sessions, via interviews, workshops, and other methods, leading to documented records of future business processes leveraging industry best practices.
• Identify and document operations/supply chain data needed to enable future business processes.
• Collect and analyze necessary data from sources such as ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, Excel sheets, and emails; partner with clients to create missing data elements.
• Support Project Management to define project scope and timelines; develop project‑specific technical design documents.
• Manage Architects and Consultants to deliver customer‑specific solutions based on approved functional and technical designs.
• Identify and select appropriate mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights.
• Perform data analytics to generate forecasts and operational plans.
• Collaborate with Internal R&D teams to resolve solution gaps.
• Work with Client Cross‑Functional Teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.
• Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base.
• Mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Implement supply chain planning solutions or work within the supply chain or logistics organization.
• Work on supply chain planning systems and gain exposure to ERP tools; use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Docs, PowerPoint, SQL Server, MySQL, and analytical languages such as SQL, MDX, T‑SQL.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in a supply chain or logistics organization.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Docs, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing database tools including SQL Server, MySQL and analytical languages such as SQL, MDX, T‑SQL or similar.
