Partner Technical Support
Partner Technical Support provides advanced support to sales agents and partners. The role involves handling inbound calls to assist with downloading and troubleshooting credit card equipment, VAR setups, service for business customers, and installation and maintenance of systems and products. It also includes maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities- Support sales agents by taking inbound calls to assist them in downloading and troubleshooting credit card equipment
- Provide a superior level of technical assistance with immediate resolution if possible
- Log all calls in the merchant systems
- Assist with deployment escalations
- Provide reliable and accurate education and/or training to partners about products and services
- Stay up to date with the latest POS equipment and applications
- Assist in projects as needed
- High School diploma or GED, and 2 years of related experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Associate's degree
