Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team. Our clients include the U.S. Military and international governments and organizations. We support the Joint Strike Fighter Autonomic Logistics Information Systems and Mission Planning Environment programs.
Responsibilities- Interact daily with users and leadership
- Maintain system/database/software/firewall accounts and monitor performance
- Ensure smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems in coordination with Tier 2 and engineers
- Re‑image laptops, troubleshoot, and maintain accounts
- Regularly monitor systems and applications for availability and performance
- Train ALIS or Mission Planning Environment users and administrators
- Perform COMSEC CRO duties and train others in COMSEC
- Support pilots in mission planning/debriefing and resolve system shortfalls
- Secret security clearance or higher with investigation completed within the last six years
- Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- Experience in system or mission planning administration
- Knowledge of Windows, SQL, Linux, or Cisco products
- Ability to work in deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and occasionally work over 40 hours per week, including weekends, as required by mission demands
- Compliance with the REAL for state‑issued driver’s license and
- COMSEC experience
- Experience supporting the U.S. Military or foreign militaries
- U.S. DoD Top Secret clearance
- Military flight operations and planning processes knowledge
- Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) installation and data update experience
- Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS) experience
- Mission Planning Systems Support Representative (SSR) experience
- Personal Computer Debrief Software (PCDS) experience
- Application troubleshooting skills
- JBOSS (Wild Fly) application server familiarity
- Account maintenance with Active Directory, Oracle, or CRM
- Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, VMs, databases, and network equipment
- Virtual machine management with Hyper‑V or VMware
- Hardware maintenance and rack component startup/shutdown
- Update and patch management, including anti‑virus/anti‑spyware
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux system administration
- Oracle critical patches, database review, and user session data handling
- Large data import/export and management of Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, including JSF ALIS hardware and software
