We are seeking a capable Operating Systems Engineer to manage and optimize hybrid Windows and Linux environments supporting client and internal platforms. This role will focus on system-level automation, patch management, and platform reliability in both cloud and on-premises deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Windows Server and Linux OS environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
• Automate routine tasks using Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Support deployment pipelines and OS-level configuration for internal tools and customer projects.
• Ensure compliance with security baselines and perform vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops and cloud engineering teams to support hybrid workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system administration experience across Windows and Linux.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for operational tasks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and server-hardening practices is a plus.
