Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines, but not limited to SAP and AI/ML professionals across Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Med Tech).
- Source candidates using multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, network outreach).
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery life‑cycle from initial sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Qualify candidates on technical expertise (SAP modules, AI/Data Science frameworks) and domain experience in Life Sciences.
- Generate Business development opportunities based on your day‑to‑day activities.
Note:
The role will start off as remote, but will eventually be hybrid within our location in Fort Worth, TX.
