100% Remote (No Restricted States) Pay Rate: $60-$70/HR Duration: 26 Weeks
Manager Highlights: 2-3 + Yrs of experience - PB Certification at time of submission Associate's degree in IS / BA Preferred

Highly experienced in hospital setting, ready to hit the ground running, little to no training needed. Self starter Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for assigned technologies and applications. Participate in the implementation and administration of IT solutions while collaborating with internal teams and customers. Analyze technical issues, apply problem-solving skills, and maintain technical knowledge of emerging technologies and systems.
We are seeking an IT professional with experience supporting desktop and laptop environments in an enterprise setting. The role involves troubleshooting Windows systems, hardware, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Windows desktop and laptop systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Active Directory
- Perform system imaging and software installations
- Provide Tier-1 network and telecommunications support
- Monitor systems and assist with upgrades and maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer support and technical assistance
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience
- Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Healthcare or enterprise IT experience preferred
