Position: Product Designer          at PTR Global        in        Fort Worth,        Texas

Mid/Senior-Level Product Designer

We are seeking a Mid/Senior-level Product Designer to join a high-impact Digital Customer Experience team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in customer-facing, product-driven environments and wants to shape experiences used 'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to influence product direction, elevate design quality, and deliver intuitive, end-to-end user experiences-from concept through execution.

This is a hybrid role (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday/Friday). Interviews include two rounds (virtual + onsite). Portfolio required for consideration. Not open to H1B candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive product and design decisions through UX best practices, research insights, and agile methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions
  • Gather, synthesize, and act on user and stakeholder feedback throughout the design process
  • Present work with clarity and confidence, using strong storytelling and visual communication
  • Provide regular updates using tools such as Jira, Rally, and Aha!
  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces aligned with established design systems and patterns
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with strong systems thinking
  • Plan and execute research (usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations) to validate design decisions
  • Lead end-to-end design efforts from ideation through delivery
  • Mentor other designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Ensure responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile platforms
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Proven ability to partner with Engineering from concept through implementation
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Experience designing for complex, customer-facing digital products across web and mobile (iOS/Android)
  • Familiarity with research methods including usability testing and user interviews
  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills
  • Ability to organize and simplify complex workflows and information architecture
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0+), inclusive design, and localization
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Rally, and Aha!
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area
  • Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday (mandatory)
  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C)
  • Duration: 1 year + highly likely extension/conversion
  • Portfolio: Required for consideration
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law
  • Pay Range: $65-70 per hour
