Karlsruhe Hybrid 16–20 h pro Woche

mpmX develops leading solutions for process mining and process intelligence. Our platform combines business intelligence, AI-driven analytics, and modern automation to enable companies to make data-based process decisions.

You will support our team in Karlsruhe in the conception, design, and creation of online training and online help for our innovative process mining technology. You will work closely with the product and marketing team and stay up-to-date with our product developments and branding. With our learning offerings, we enable our customers to use the software optimally. Through modern learning technologies, we create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

You will receive immediate user feedback on your content through direct feedback channels. Our content is predominantly created in English.

• Support in the conception, creation, and further development of online training and online help content for various target groups
• Collaboration on storyboards, scripts, and videos
• Support in the development and maintenance of practical exercises as well as product- and role-based certifications
• Optimization of our e-learning and online help environment
• Analysis and continuous improvement of the user experience (UX) of our learning offerings

• Study in the field of technical documentation, communication design, business, pedagogy, or comparable – ideally with a focus on e-learning or knowledge transfer
• Very good English skills in speech and writing (our content is in English; in the office, we usually speak German)
• Ability to prepare technical and professional content in a clear and target group-appropriate manner
• Interest in digital learning formats and new technologies
• Self-motivation and willingness to work on new topics

• Practical experience in building professional e-learning offerings (storyboard, scripting, authoring tools, LMS)
• Insights into modern process mining technologies with AI-driven optimization
• Independent work with visible impact
