Growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced ERP & Solutions Engineer to become the company’s internal technical leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and enterprise business systems. This position will own the development, implementation, optimization, and long-term support of Business Central, Advanced Manufacturing, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that enable operational excellence across the organization.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the ERP & Solutions Engineer will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT to improve business processes, implement best practices, automate workflows, develop executive dashboards, and ensure Business Central serves as the company’s single source of truth.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and business acumen. The successful candidate will serve as the organization’s internal expert on ERP, manufacturing systems, reporting, and enterprise process improvement.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions including:

• Executive KPI dashboards
• Manufacturing performance metrics
• Inventory and warehouse analytics
• Financial reporting
• Production costing analysis
• Capacity utilization
• Margin analysis
• Sales performance dashboards
• Engineering and project reporting
• Operational scorecards

Develop reporting solutions using:

• Microsoft Power BI (preferred platform)
• Business Central reporting
• SQL queries and views
• Excel Power Query
• Jet Reports (preferred)

Provide executive leadership with real‑time business intelligence that supports strategic decision making.

Within the first 12–18 months, the ERP & Solutions Engineer will:

• Successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Advanced Manufacturing.
• Develop executive Power BI dashboards providing near real‑time visibility into key business metrics.
• Eliminate manual reporting through automated dashboards and workflow automation.
• Improve inventory accuracy to greater than 98%.
• Increase production scheduling efficiency.
• Standardize manufacturing and business processes across departments.
• Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support continued company growth.
• Establish Business Central as the enterprise platform supporting data‑driven decision making.
