OverviewWe’re looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to design and deliver SAP technology solutions that improve business performance.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
- Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
- Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
- Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
- Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or work streams.
- Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service. You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in manufacturing and quality management.
- Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
- A bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
- A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within critical deadlines.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project‑based team members in the manufacturing space.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry‑specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%.
- Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
- SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
- Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
- Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of SAP PP and/or QM in S/4 HANA.
- Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for US locations of $142,600 to $261,500, and adjusted ranges for major metros.
