Salesforce Architect – Fort Worth, Texas Contract to Hire
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Salesforce Architect will design solutions and guide agile teams to architect technical solutions, including data and process integrations, considering large data volumes and data privacy needs. The role identifies optimal solutions for business requirements and recommends using clicks, code, or a combination of both based on the use case. As self‑motivated problem solvers, architects are often the final escalation point for production issues and are responsible for strong time management and special interest initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with the Salesforce Platform and the company’s technical strategy
- Works with System Architects, Technical Managers, and Product Managers to translate business needs to a technical vision that teams of low code and/or pro‑code builders can execute
- Tailors communications to multiple audiences across all levels
- Leads Salesforce Governance, Standards, and other development‑focused initiatives which establish and champion Salesforce coding, testing, design standards/best practices
- Owns the architecture and design across all Salesforce Cloud platforms
- Builds and maintains system and architectural documentation
- Builds proofs‑of‑concept (POCs) that teams can further iterate upon
- Supports agile teams in day‑to‑day work items
- Engages and works alongside Product Managers in support of their roadmaps
- Recommends technical and procedural improvements
- Performs peer reviews and signs off on other team members’ work to ensure adherence to defined standards
- Learns about business processes by engaging business partners
- Mentors all employees across all agile teams in Salesforce best practices and standards
- Serves as Salesforce escalation point for other team members on technical issues
- Leads troubleshooting processes to determine root cause analysis
- Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Required:
Minimum of 2 Salesforce Architect Certifications
- Must have 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Must have 2‑3 years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead, etc)

The base range for this contract position is $50 – $70 per hour, depending on experience; pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
