This senior security engineer role reports directly to the CTO and lets you architect the entire security program from the ground up. You will embed Dev Sec Ops  practices across engineering teams and own critical systems like SIEM and identity management.

• 5+ years of experience in security, IT, Dev Sec Ops , or platform engineering roles
• Dev Sec Ops  practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience implementing and improving software supply chain security, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions)
• Strong automation skills (Python, Go) and proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform)
• Deep understanding of identity management, SSO, and federation (Google Workspace, Okta, Auth0, OIDC/SAML)
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and security frameworks (NIST, CIS, OWASP)
• Managing and automating users/groups on AWS, Git Hub, JFrog
• Operating and tuning SIEM/DLP platforms and writing detection rules
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Enable and guide teams to adopt Dev Sec Ops  practices, integrating security into CI/CD and infrastructure pipelines
• Administer and automate Git Hub Enterprise and JFrog management using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Operate and tune SIEM, DLP, and centralized logging systems, defining and maintaining detection and alerting rules
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure‑by‑default workflows and infrastructure
• Lead and coordinate penetration testing efforts, including scoping, vendor engagement, and remediation tracking
