You will help solve complex problems and bring real value to companies through hands-on expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies, and cross-functional team facilitation.

• Leading Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and reinforcing Agile best practices across distributed teams
• Removing delivery blockers and improving sprint predictability using tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or Rally
• Coaching product owners and engineering teams on backlog refinement and story clarity
• Driving continuous improvement using sprint metrics, velocity tracking, and team health indicators
• Aligning Agile execution with broader business goals in scaled Agile environments

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and servant leadership principles
• Ability to stabilize under performed teams and improve delivery cadence
• Strong facilitation skills in hybrid or remote team environments
• Experience introducing Agile tooling and workflow optimizations
• Data-driven mindset using burndown charts, cycle time, and retrospectives to improve outcomes
