Lightning AI seeks a hands-on Data Center Technician to maintain and optimize hardware in our Fort Worth data center. You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot power, cooling, cabling, and network gear, becoming the go-to expert for physical infrastructure across data centers.
You’ll diagnose issues quickly, work with HW and RMA teams, and document standards to ensure consistent deployments. Experience with Dell/NVIDIA hardware is a plus; willingness to work 24/7 on-call will be required.
