You will be the Data Analyst Sr
- Level 3 for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team which is responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. What You Will Be Doing As the Data Analyst Sr
- Level 3 you will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data to provide clear, data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
* Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity and documentation.
* Perform exploratory analysis, develop statistical models, and create forecasts to support business planning.
* Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Translate technical findings into concise business recommendations and collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and leaders.
* Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data-governance best practices to improve workflow efficiency. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, related field considered.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, Num Py) or R.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements, Interim clearance required to start. Desired

Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to develop data analytical models, drive positive change, and communicate across multi-functional stakeholders.
