As a Senior CMDB Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the go‑to expert for Tier 3 technical support and strategic implementation of the Service Now Discovery toolset. Your mission: ensure full enablement of discovery capabilities, capture critical assets and applications across global sites, and seamlessly integrate this intelligence into the CMDB—mapping interdependencies and relationships to deliver a single source of truth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Discovery & CMDB Integration
  :
  Implement and optimize Service Now Discovery to achieve comprehensive visibility of enterprise assets and applications.
• Drive Innovation
  :
  Pilot AI‑driven solutions to automate and enhance CMDB governance and discovery processes.
• Solve Complex Challenges

  Provide expert‑level troubleshooting for critical production issues and ensure reliable system performance.

  Design and deliver major IT infrastructure initiatives, including new technologies and critical upgrades.

• Education & Experience

  Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in technical specialties and 3–4 years in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Technical Expertise

  Deep knowledge of infrastructure design, cloud engineering, networking protocols (TCP/IP, ACCP), performance tuning, debugging, and enterprise IT platforms.
• Certifications
  :
  Relevant technical certifications or ability to attain within 9 months.
