You will own projects end-to-end, serving as the bridge between technical execution and client strategy. By designing complex workflows and leading development sprints, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-impact AI automation solutions. This role requires a hands-on builder capable of translating business requirements into scalable, automated architectures that drive significant revenue for clients.

• Design and document sophisticated business processes and workflow architectures to be implemented within AI-powered systems.
• Manage distributed development teams through daily standups, sprint planning, and rigorous QA to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Lead client-facing engagements, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and maintaining trust throughout the project lifecycle.

• 3-7 years of experience in technical project management, specifically within an agency or consultancy environment managing offshore development teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier and advanced workflow management tools like Click Up.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented professional with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work independently during EST business hours.
