Prudent Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build enterprise-scale data platforms that consolidate multiple data sources into a centralized, governed data warehouse while enabling AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in modern data engineering, distributed processing, and hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA GPU-accelerated infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise data warehouse/lakehouse solutions.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Develop high-performance data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering tools.
- Deploy and optimize data infrastructure on Dell AI Factory and NVIDIA AI Enterprise platforms.
- Implement data governance, lineage, quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Create ML-ready datasets and feature stores for Data Science teams.
- Optimize storage and compute performance across hybrid/on-prem GPU environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
- Document architecture, pipelines, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Experience with Spark or distributed data processing frameworks.
- Experience with Kafka, Airflow, dbt, or similar modern data engineering tools.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, Big Query, or enterprise data warehouse platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Dell AI Factory infrastructure and NVIDIA AI Enterprise (Required).
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical, or Pharma domain experience.
- NVIDIA RAPIDS.
- NVIDIA Triton Inference Server.
- NVIDIA NIM Microservices.
- MLOps and Feature Store implementation.
- NVIDIA DLI or Dell AI certifications.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
