Raft is seeking a Staff Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for secure, scalable platform infrastructure across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. You will define architecture and engineering standards while guiding Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, Git Ops, observability, and platform security.
You will lead complex initiatives, mentor engineers, and communicate risks and tradeoffs to customers and leadership while delivering reliable multi‑tenant services and secure software delivery.
